Wayde P. Seidensticker, Jr.
Wayde began practicing law in 1989. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University in 1986, then attended the University of Miami Law School. Between law school semesters, Wayde clerked for the District Attorney's office in York, Pennsylvania. Wayde graduated law school in 1989 and received his Juris Doctorate. Upon becoming a member of the Florida Bar, Wayde began practicing law in Miami. During this time he was asked to represent an increasing number of clients in the Naples area. Recognizing the favorable demographics of Southwest Florida, Wayde and Paul San Filippo, decided to form their partnership in 1996. They relocated to Naples, and founded the law firm of Seidensticker & San Filippo.
Over the past twenty years, Wayde has represented both individual and business clients in a variety of cases that include personal injury, wrongful death, motor vehicle/motorcycle accidents, insurance, contract and business disputes, construction, medical malpractice and various other civil litigation matters. Wayde is passionate about advocating for his clients, and takes pride in giving individual attention to each client's needs, striving to achieve the best result possible.
