Wayde began practicing law in 1989. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University in 1986, then attended the University of Miami Law School. Between law school semesters, Wayde clerked for the District Attorney's office in York, Pennsylvania. Wayde graduated law school in 1989 and received his Juris Doctorate. They relocated to Naples, and founded the law firm of Seidensticker & San Filippo.

Over the past twenty years, Wayde has represented both individual and business clients in a variety of cases that include personal injury, wrongful death, motor vehicle/motorcycle accidents, insurance, contract and business disputes, construction, medical malpractice and various other civil litigation matters. N. Paul San Filippo

Paul began practicing law in 1991, a graduate of Columbia University and the University of Miami Law School. He began his career in the Miami area. He decided that he liked the ambience of a "quaint" small town atmosphere that Naples offered, and moved to Naples to start a family in 1996. Paul and Wayde have practiced together since their graduation from law school and both had a strong desire to start their own practice. Thus, in 1996, they established their partnership and Seidensticker and San Filippo, LLC.

Paul brings over nineteen years of litigation experience in personal injury, complex commercial litigation, insurance litigation, medical malpractice, torts and general civil litigation. He is very committed to his clients and works very closely with them to achieve the best possible results. He understands both the physical and emotional pain involved in personal injury and/or medical malpractice suits and makes himself available to his clients to answer questions or concerns they may have regarding their case.

Paul is very active in the community of Naples and has for several years participated as a coach with the Greater Naples Little League and Naples Gators Football League. Paul's hobbies include fishing and golf.
