Who We Are
Seidensticker & San Filippo is a Florida law firm that was established in April of 1996 by Wayde P. Seidensticker, Jr. and N. Paul San Filippo, with its primary office in Naples, Florida and a satellite office in Miami, Florida.
Wayde was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1989 and Paul was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1991. Before establishing Seidensticker & San Filippo in 1996, Wayde and Paul worked for high profile litigation law firms in Miami, Florida. The experience they garnered working together, handling a wide array of cases and trials in state and federal courts, was invaluable and enabled them to recognize their potential as a legal team. That revelation, and the growing need in Southwest Florida for attorneys with litigation and trial experience, led to establishing a legal partnership and the founding of Seidensticker & San Filippo.
Philosophy – Focus on Individual Client Needs
Our law firm has continued to enjoy success since its inception, but we have made a conscious decision to keep the size of our law firm small, thereby enabling us to be selective in the clients we represent and the number of cases we handle. We have been serving some of our clients for well over a decade. We do not typically advertise, but rather most of our new clients are referred to us from other attorneys, and current or former clients, which we consider to be a compliment to our firm's achievements and reputation. We take pride in practicing law to the highest standards of our profession, with an emphasis on maintaining straightforward and unrestricted lines of communication with our clients to facilitate effective assessment and evaluation of each client's needs. This practice helps in our ability to formulate legal strategies, make recommendations, and tailor the legal services needed to resolve each client's dispute in the most efficient manner. Some legal disputes can be resolved without the need for a trial, while others warrant formal litigation. We recognize that the best solution for resolving a specific client's legal dispute requires attention to that client's particular situation.
